The Maryland SPCA Spay/Neuter Certificate Program

Animals not adopted from the SPCA can receive their spay or neuter surgery at reduced rates by purchasing a certificate (by mail or in person) from us and redeeming it at a participating veterinary clinic. We provide a list of participants. The certificate does not cover the cost of required vaccinations or any additional veterinarian fees. Clients are advised to call the veterinarian in advance to inquire about additional fees if applicable.
