How Can I Help?

Spay and neuter your pet

Cats and dogs have the unique ability to reproduce several times a year. They can go into heat as early as 5 months of age - sometimes earlier, and they can have litters several times a year. That is why there is an endless cycle of homeless animals.

You can help stop pet overpopulation by spaying or neutering your pet.

You can spread the word!
  • Download and distribute SPAY/USA literature.
SPAY/USA offers a variety of useful flyers, free of charge, that may be downloaded and distributed to others in an effort to educate the public.

  • Inform family and friends about the advantages of spaying or neutering their pet(s)

  • Work with your local humane society, municipal shelter or pet placement partners to educate the public.
